From there you will have everything you need to build an ongoing meditation practice of your own.

The Usui System of Reiki - Level 1

When: Wednesdays, August 11th, 18th and September 1st 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Class will run for a minimum of 4 students

Register by August 9th

Reiki 1 is a three week course - running for 2 hours per session offering simple, powerful Self Care techniques.

Reiki Level 1“Ray-key” is a gentle and effective tool for self care using universally guided (Rei) life force energy (Ki).  Reiki stimulates the natural physical relaxation processes, improves mental discernment, restores emotional balance, and evokes experiences of empowerment.

Students are taught its history and concepts, are introduced to the self development disciplines contained in its precepts and practices and are taught the patterned progression of hand positions to use in the care of themselves and others. 

 

Classes are open to the public * Open to people of all abilities 

No previous knowledge or experience needed

Class will run for minimum of 4 participants
